UPS shipping on orders up to $20.00: $10.00 per box. (CONTINENTAL US)

UPS shipping on orders $20.01 to $349.99: $9.00 per box. (CONTINENTAL US)

Shipping policy.
We normally ship UPS ground. We offer all UPS options for airfreight, etc. We use United States Postal Service for shipments outside of the continental US. E-mail for rates.

We also use Roadway Express or the truck carrier of your choice for large shipments. These are shipped “freight collect”.

Tracking number. We will e-mail you the tracking number of your shipment within a day or two. You can track your shipment on its way to you.

Parts availability. We try to keep all items in stock, but occasionally there are delays. We will inform you if we are out of an item.

Return policy.
Parts are guaranteed and may be exchanged for defects in chrome, welding, etc. All parts may not fit all bikes because of previous accidents, owner modifications, custom frames or mechanical components. Plating is not guaranteed against discoloration, blistering, or corrosion. We only accept parts for refund or exchange within 10 days of purchase. A copy of our invoice must accompany the parts. If our parts were purchased from someone else, please return them to your vendor. Special order or custom made parts are not returnable.

You are responsible for freight to and from the shipping address. You must insure the package. You are responsible for any transit damage.

A lot of work goes into shipping. Orders cancelled after 48 hours will be assessed a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the order, with a minimum charge of $25.00. Returned parts will be exchanged or a refund issued (less shipping). A restocking fee of up to 25% of the order with a minimum charge of $25.00 applies to returned parts. See some additional notes below.

PARTS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR CREDIT OR EXHANGE IF THEY ARE NOT RESALABLE. IF YOU INSTALL IT, PAINT IT, CUT IT DRILL, TORCH IT, END IT, OR IF YOU WOULD NOT RE-ACCEPT THE ITEM AS NEW…YOU BOUGHT IT.

Do not return items damaged in shipping. If the carton is damaged, open it in front of the driver. Contents can be damaged due to rough handling, even if the carton is not damaged. Save the carton and packing and file a claim with the carrier.

Notes
NOTE #1: The factories occasionally superseded parts without changing the part numbers. Please state year when ordering parts such as ’41-’57 OHV oil return lines and ’48-’65 Big- Twin gas tank crossover lines.

NOTE #2: Painted exhaust parts (except powdercoating) are forrust prevention only. It should be removed and painted with high-temperature paint, such as VHT, by the installer.

NOTE #3: All parts are to be installed by qualified personnel only.

NOTE #4: NOS parts are original H-D parts. The quality of the chrome is not guaranteed by us: we did not make them. They are the same parts your factory-authorized dealer sold.
