Dennis Corso is a manufacturer of reproduction motorcycle parts for
antique and vintage American made motorcycles. Dennis started in his
garage at home in 1992 by buying a portion of Bruce Linsday’s product
line. The business gradually grew with much assistance from Bruce (the
most patient man in show business) and outgrew the garage.
Today, we occupy 7500 square feet of work
and warehouse space in a small industrial park in Kent, Ohio. Our
parts are used on almost every Harley-Davidson restoration including
bikes shown at Antique Motorcycle Club of America (AMCA) meets and on
man of the bikes in the Harley-Davidson Motor Company Museum.
Dennis Corso Company is a full-service welding facility. We weld
aluminum, cast-iron, magnesium, carbon and stainless steel. We also do
brazing and silver soldering. We have a number of custom welding
positioners and can weld any length or diameter shaft that can fit in
the door.
Machinery includes power rolls (1/4” x 72” capacity), power shear (10 ga.
x 52”), glass-beader, two twenty-five ton punch presses, a press brake
(3/16”), power reciprocating saw, cold-saw, and horizontal and vertical
band saws.
We specialize in rubber and plastic mold repairing. We repair
aluminum boats and boat trailers. We have welded numerous motorcycle
engine and transmission cases and motorcycle frames.
While we specialize in parts for
restoration, we do make custom mufflers and gas and oil lines. All of
our parts are made in the United States of America. They are available
from Harley-Davidson dealers, independent motorcycle shops, directly
from us, and from many fine dealers on the Internet.
